The uP1801 provides a programmable high-precision reference voltage. 16-step initial voltage is selectable by a R1 pin. This device integrates I2C interface for output voltage programming, output voltage slew rate tuning and status read back. The output voltage is on-line programmable from 0.6V to1.875V with 5mV increments by 2-bit parallel VID power play interface (PVI) or series VID interface (SVI). The uP1801 provides 3 selectable I2C addresses.

The uP1801 features programmable output voltage slew rate during soft start and power play. Other features include low external component count and easy to use. The uP1801 is available in space-saving TSOT23-8L package.
