国巨公司拟全数认购力智电子私募普通股,携手力智成为功率元件的领导企业

国巨公司(「国巨」2327.TW)与力智电子(「力智」6719.TW)经双方董事会决议,国巨将参与力智私募普通股认购,陈泰铭先生及其投资公司将参与私募可转换公司 债认购;国巨全数认购2,100 万私募普通股,陈泰铭先生及其投资公司认购可转换公司债17,000张。 若本次私募普通股认购程序完成后,国巨将成为力智最大单一持股的策略股东,持有力智新发行普通股后20.23% 股权。 此次对力智的策略投资,透过彼此共同开发及全球销售通路的整合,将进一步扩大双方在未来电子零组件高成长市场的份额。...
