The Best Practice Principles of Corporate Governance were instituted in accordance with the “Best Practice Principles of Corporate Governance for TWSE/GTSM-Listed Companies” for the establishment of the system of corporate governance. The establishment of the system of corporate governance shall be in compliance with applicable legal rules and the agreements binding the competent authority, and shall be in conformity to the following principles:

• The protection of the rights and privileges of all shareholders.
• The reinforcement of the functions of the Board.
• The vitalization of the function of the Audit Committee.
• The respect of the rights and privileges of the stakeholders.
• The upgrade of information transparency.
