Dividend Policy
The dividend policy of UPI shall be determined pursuant to factors such as the investment environment, its funding requirements, domestic and overseas competitive landscape and its capital expenditure and budgets, as well as stockholders’ interest, balancing dividends and UPI’s long-term financial planning. The Company’s profits may be distributed by way of cash dividend, stock dividend, or not to be distributed.
The proposed distribution of shareholder dividends shall not less than 10% of the distributable surplus and prior year’s undistributed earnings. The cash dividend to be allocated each year shall not less than 10% of the total shareholder dividend.

uPI has signed a contract with Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation(TDCC) to use the eNotice platform in response to global decarbonization trends and to provide shareholders with more convenient electronic dividend notification services.
From June 30th, 2023, shareholders will be able to receive electronic dividend payment notifications through the eNotice platform. If shareholders wish to receive electronic dividend payment notifications instead of physical mail, you can refer to the attached files to free access the service.
