Communications

Communications between independent directors and chief audit executive:

• Submit the audit report by the end of the month next following the completion of the audit items per the annual audit plan scheduled, as well as to submit the follow-up reports on a quarterly basis whilst the correction is made for independent directors’ review. Prompt communications would be made by phone call and/or mail upon requests.
• Deliver the audit operations report to each independent directors on a regular basis, ie. audit committee and/or board of directors meeting, and immediately notify each independent directors when discovering any material violation. No extraordinary events have been discovered up to the latest meeting.
• Keep well connected with each independent director by phone calls, mails, text messages, or face to face communication, if needed.

Communications between independent directors and independent auditors:

• The independent auditors explain the financial statement audit(review) issues and the outcomes of the annual financial statement audit about key audit matters and discuss with the independent directors in audit committee. The communication situations are nice.
• Besides the communication in audit committee between the independent auditors and the independent directors, they will do the sufficient communications through the calls, the mails and the messages anytime if any questions.
