General Description

The uS5505 contains four independent, high slew rate and high current drive rail to rail operation amplifiers. The uS5505 operates over a wide range of voltage 4.5V ~ 20V with very low bias current.

uS5505 provides peak output current to 600mA drive rail to rail output and fast slew rate to 50V/us. Other features include over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and output short protection. They provide complete protection for system application. The uS5505 is available in TSSOP-14L TSSOP-14L with heat sink pad and WQFN4x4-16L packages.
